What we collect
When you use the Clarity Readiness Score™ tool we collect: name, email, mobile, LinkedIn URL, optional CV/Portfolio link or file, and your responses to the 10 scored questions.

Why we collect it
To calculate your score, send you your results, recommend relevant programs, and (if you opt in by submitting) contact you about next steps (e.g., Clarity Catalyst).

How we process/store
We use reputable processors including Tally (form), Zapier/Make (automation), Google Workspace (Docs/Drive), and email providers (e.g., Gmail/MailerLite). Data is stored in accordance with provider security standards.

Legal basis & consent
By submitting the form you consent to our processing of your data for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@kriastra.com.

Retention
We keep submissions for up to 24 months for service history, then delete or anonymise.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at info@kriastra.com.

Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We only share with our processors strictly to deliver the service.

International transfers
Some providers store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.

Updates
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top.
