What we collect
When you use the Clarity Readiness Score™ we may collect:

• Your name, email, and mobile

• LinkedIn URL or optional CV/portfolio links

• Your responses to the 10 scored questions

Why we collect it
So we can:

• Send you your Clarity Readiness Score™ and insights

• Recommend pathways or resources that might be useful to you

• If you opt in, follow up about next steps (e.g., Clarity Catalyst)

How we process & store
We use trusted partners such as Tally (forms), Zapier/Make (automation), Google Workspace (Docs/Drive), and email providers (e.g., Gmail/MailerLite). Data is stored securely in line with provider standards.

Legal basis & consent
By submitting the form, you consent to us using your data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@kriastra.com.

Retention
We keep submissions for up to 24 months for service history, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@kriastra.com.

Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We only share it with our trusted processors, and only for the purpose of delivering your service.

International transfers
Some providers may store data outside Australia. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure safeguards are in place.

We may update this policy over time. Any changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
